Two of the discs, The Two-Meter Sessions by The Bad Examples and the various artists 120 Minutes Live are "live" in a manner of speaking. Both discs were recorded as a part of programs that feature live performances. During the early 1990s, the Chicago-based Bad Examples (featuring Ralph Covert) experienced unexpected success in Holland. So, in January of 1992, they went to Amsterdam to further explore the possibilities. The results can be found on The Two-Meter Sessions, which contains the now-legendary Dutch DJ Jan Douwe Kroeske's Radio VARA live show. The fate of this CD changed from being an exclusive issue for members of the Bad Examples fan club to being a full-fledged release for the enjoyment of everyone. Especially enjoyable are "Ashes of My Heart," "Long Drive Back From Madison," and "The Master Thief Has Been Murdered."
