The
Tea Tale

I sewed a kite from
bags of tea and sailed it over the Emerald Sea
It skipped and it bobbed around
the clouds so free
With a twitch of its tail the wind turned round
And
it blew my kite back over town
Then the sky crumpled up and silver rain came
town
As a rainbow stretched from sea to hill
I saw my kite was flying
still
And droplets of tea were trickling from its tail
So I opened
my lips as I stood beneath
For a tiny taste from the heavens to me
I sewed
myself a kite from bags of tea
